Yesterday, our Swedish class (at Komvux) spent the day in Gothenburg. We first visited the city's museum to see viking displays, among others. Then we took a ride on Paddan, a tourist boat that travels along the canals, under a bunch of bridges and out into the harbour. Afterwards, we sat in the city gardens before taking a walk to Haga, Gothenburg's oldest working-class district.

Görel left for Värmland yesterday, and the rest of us are soon to follow. Her 50th birthday party is on Saturday…
